This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 224 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation the first respondent police filed final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same has been taken cognizance.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
