The petitioner questions the posting order issued by the third respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, when she reported for duty at Government Headquarters Hospital, Manapparai, she was not allowed to join duty in Radiology department. That led to the filing of the writ petition. 2/4

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the petitioner can very well join at Government Headquarters Hospital, Manapparai in the existing Radiology vacancy.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is permitted to join duty in the said place on 07.11.2022 at 10.30 am. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias To:
