O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to challenging the impugned award passed by the first respondent in Award No.2/2015/Kanavaipatti, dated 20.12.2015 in Roc.No.515/2013/A2 and consequently direct the first respondent to pass award towards compensation for the acquisition of the lands owned by the petitioner measuring about 1.3 acres in Survey Nos.88/3, 90/4A, 90/4B etc.,in Vathalagundu and Kanavaipatti Villages, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 25.04.2022, to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
