This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled before the trial Court and therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
