Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to consider for closing of the loan account No.HOU/MDU/0318/505490 on the file of the third respondent Housing Finance in pursuance to the death of the petitioner's husband in accordance with the Life Insurance with the fourth respondent Insurance Company.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to consider for closing of the loan account No.HOU/MDU/0318/505490 on the file of the third respondent Housing Finance in pursuance to the death of the petitioner's husband in accordance with the Life Insurance with the fourth respondent Insurance Company.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 3 & 4 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the 2/5

petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
