This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, seeking orders,to direct respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in current paper and that since there existed money dispute between the parties, the same was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
