ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to take necessary action on writ petitioner's complaint dated 16.08.2024 acknowledged with the CSR No.485 of 2024 dated 17.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No. 485 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that on the basis of the complaint given by the respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.202 of 2024 against the writ petitioner and investigation is pending. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
