This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her husband under the guise of enquiry.
2.It appears that it is a girl missing case. It is represented that the respondent police have already enquired the parties and have been informed that the girl has married out of her own Will and she is a major.
3.In view of the same the respondent police is directed to not harass the petitioner by call her for enquiry.
