ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b),341, 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the one Boovathi, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.1181 of 2023. It is a dispute between father-in-law and brother-in-law. 3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by summoning both parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
