ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision application filed by him under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act on 10.12.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate, by referring the counter affidavits filed by the respondents, submits that the petitioner's revision application was disposed of on 21.09.2016 itself. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs.
