RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time limit for executing sureties granted by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16463/2021 vide it's order dated 27.10.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.L.DILIPAN PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to taking care of his parents, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD)No.16463 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16463 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
