When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the first respondent has filed the present appeal challenging the public auction conducted by the appellant and now, auction was conducted and one Murugan was the highest bidder and he was confirmed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal.
