Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent in respect of the property situated at survey No.1007/1, Kulavanigarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli to an extent of 2 acres 79 cents, in any manner.
