ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The only submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the enquiry report submitted by the Madurai Kamaraj University to the Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission, sent along with the communication dated 22.02.2019, enclosing the said report dated 18.08.2018, has not been looked into by taking appropriate action.

2. On perusal of the enquiry report dated 18.08.2018 and the communication dated 22.02.2019, we are inclined to direct the respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the same within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since we are not expressing anything on the merits of the case, we do not wish to go into the allegations and counter allegations.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
