This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 10, for committing the offence of ex.communication of the 2/5
petitioner and his family members from Kamankaloor Village, Theni District.
2.The petitioner appeared before this Court. The petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court, peace Committee Meeting was conducted and the parties have resolved their issues and they are living peacefully without any discrimination or excommunication.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has also confirmed that the parties have resolved their issues amicably in the Peace Committee Meeting convened by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam. Copy of the communication in Na.Ka.No. 1259/2023/A4, dated 24.02.2023 and the report of the Peace Committee Meeting are submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
