9.Kathamuthu 10.Vanayan Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 10 in accordance with law for committing the offence of ex.communication of the petitioner and his family members from Kamankaloor Village, Theni District and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure peaceful and safety life of the petitioner in the Kamankaloor Village without any excommunication and without any infringement of his fundamental rights envisaged in the Constitution of India. This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 10, for committing the offence of ex.communication of the 2/5

petitioner and his family members from Kamankaloor Village, Theni District.

2.The petitioner appeared before this Court. The petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court, peace Committee Meeting was conducted and the parties have resolved their issues and they are living peacefully without any discrimination or excommunication.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has also confirmed that the parties have resolved their issues amicably in the Peace Committee Meeting convened by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam. Copy of the communication in Na.Ka.No. 1259/2023/A4, dated 24.02.2023 and the report of the Peace Committee Meeting are submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
