O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in respect of a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent No.3 is the wife of the petitioner's elder brother and when they were residing jointly, the respondent No.3 has filed a complaint in the year 2013 that her gold chain was lost. In order to maintain the reputation of the petitioner's family, the petitioner's father has given an amount of Rs.2 lakhs to the respondent No.3 and after a lapse of so many years, the respondent No.3 has filed a similar complaint before the respondent police, basing on which the police have been harassing the petitioner and therefore, sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint filed by the respondent No.3 is registered as C.No.159/SPL/PET SP GDP/2023 and the same was enquired into and after due enquiry, the same was closed and 2/4

reported that as of now, there is no complaint against the petitioner. The same is recorded.

4.Since the complaint, which was pending against the petitioner filed by the respondent No.3, has already been disposed of, no further directions can be given in this case.
