This writ petition is filed for Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Pending this writ petition, the respondents have dropped the recovery proceedings based on G.O.(D)No.1337, Health and Family Welfare (K2) Department, dated 21.11.2020. For procedural lapse, a separate disciplinary proceeding is initiated. The petitioner shall face the disciplinary proceeding as per law. The grounds raised in this writ petition are open to the petitioner to raise it in the disciplinary proceeding.
