ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13.08.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Theni,in D.No.3237/2025 dated 03.06.2025 seeking 1/4
further extension of time for disposal of the case in H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.04 of 2024, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Theni.
2.The learned Principal District Judge, Theni, has addressed a letter to the Registry, dated 09.06.2025, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.04 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.08.2024. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above cases. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in H.M.O.P.No.04 of 2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
