ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider one time settlement application on the basis of existing rules and regulations prevailing in the Bank, based on his representation dated 03.12.2015. 2/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Though the petitioner sought for a direction to the third respondent to consider the application for one time settlement, no such direction can be granted by this Court on the contractual application. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 22.06.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
