ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action to give compensation of 2/6

Rs.25,00,000/- on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 30.11.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and one Prakash Kumar. The 5th petitioner and the said Prakash Kumar are Advocates. There are cases and counter cases. Based on certain complaints, three criminal cases had been registered against the petitioners 3 to 4. Out of three cases, two cases have ended in acquittal and in one case, they have been convicted.

4. Since there is no representation for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
