ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.188 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to file of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the fourth Respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner within the stipulated period.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the involvement of one suspected person, who is aged about 40 years, is under cloud now. He also got information that the daughter of the petitioner and the said person is taking steps to change their Aadhar Cards.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is now under way.

4.Let the above said investigation be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the petitioner appear before the third respondent police and share the information with regard to the above said issue as well as the identification of the person suspected in this matter. Depending upon the out come of the investigation, if any grievance is experienced by the petitioner, the petitioner can revive the application for appropriate relief. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
