This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 28.03.2016.

W.P.(MD)No.7220 of 2016 petitioner was placed under suspension on 28.03.2016 and subsequently, he was reinstated in service on 13.07.2016 and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
