ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent are brothers and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent earlier, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.50 of 2024 on the file of the Theppakulam Police Station and that the investigation is pending and that the third respondent has again lodged the complaint and the same is pending in current paper.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
