ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 12.11.2015 passed by the first respondent.
2. It is informed that the patta has now been issued pursuant to the decree passed in the partition suit in O.S.No.1128 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
