O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry as per the directions of learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai in Cr.M.P.No.2592 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that as directed by the learned Magistrate, enquiry was conducted and enquiry was closed.

3.Since the enquiry is stated to have been closed, the cause does not survive for the petitioner in this petition.
