ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner without any valid reason. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a false case has been registered against the petitioner, as if, he was involved in the case of robbery. Only the respondent Police has broke open the house of the petitioner and dragged the petitioner. After he was released on bail, the respondent Police threatened him to invoke proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C against him. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have no proposal to initiate any action against the petitioner. The petitioner is not having good conduct. He is having previous cases, that too, under 302 IPC. The petitioner is served with the summon in Cr.No.165 of 2023 only for the purpose of enquiry. There is no harassment on the side of the respondents. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the petitioner being the accused in Cr.No. 165 of 2023, he has to co-operate with the investigating agency to complete the investigation. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.165 of 2023, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
