This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.07.2023.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is a woman, has been working in the third respondent's house as a maid, filed a complaint before the respondent Police stating that the third respondent is harassing her sexually, but, the respondent Police have not taken any action so far.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that he has already instructed the respondent Police to go ahead with the registration of the case and the case will be registered against the third respondent shortly. The same is recorded.

4. Since the purpose of the petitioner has already been resolved, this petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 25.09.2023 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no tsg 2/4
