ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 15.10.2015 with a consequential direction to the respondent to grant promotion to the petitioner as per Order, dated 24.07.2015.

2. The petitioner was working as a Technical Assistant and joined service on 13.09.2009 and he is entitled to as Junior Engineer/Electrical Grade II. Pending writ petition, the petitioner was granted promotion on 28.12.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petitions is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
