JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.Aggrieved by the order dated 17.09.2021 allowing W.P(MD)No. 5378 of 2021, the Regional Transport Authority, Tenkasi has filed this Writ Appeal.

3.When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner stated that the writ petitioner is no longer interested in continuing the lis. She has made it clear that she will not file any Contempt Petition for enforcing the order dated 17.09.2021 passed in her favour.

4.In view of the stand taken by the writ petitioner through her counsel, we are of the view that this Writ Appeal can be closed by recording the same.

5.This Writ Appeal is closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
