ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2.
2. The petitioner is said to have given a complaint against the private respondents herein before the second respondent.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent merely issued CSR and did not conduct any further enquiry. The petitioner has not enclosed any proof in the typed set of papers to show that he is in possession of the property in question.

4. The petitioner's counsel would state that one Edvix Merinal entered into an agreement with him. Right or title of Edvix Merinal over the property is also not known. However, the second respondent cannot keep the petitioner's complaint pending. The second respondent shall conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
