To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2022 made in O.S.No.57 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.GOWTHAM ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 554 days in representing the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.17080 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost.
