PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to give a police protection for the Petitioners life and limb, for constructing a wall with respect of Petitioners property in Re.S.NO.58/11B, measuring to an extent of 1 1/2 Cents at Dharmapuram Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District on the basis of her suit decreed in her favour in O.S.No.58 of 2019 before the II Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil and Petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2022. 1/4

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to give a police protection for the Petitioners life and limb, for constructing a wall in respect of Petitioners property in Re.S.No.58/11B, measuring to an extent of 11/2 Cents at Dharmapuram Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District on the basis of her suit decreed in her favour in O.S.No.58 of 2019 before the II Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that he had obtained decree in O.S. No. 58 of 2019 before the learned II Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil and based on the decree she had sought police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4. When there is decree from the competent civil Court the Police are expected to protect the decree and decree holder. In the light of the above, the Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to extend protection to the property and persons as per decree.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
