ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue possession certificate and execute sale deed to the petitioner for 84 sqm on the basis of the allotment order in Letter No.R.6/L.277/10 dated 26.02.2010 by cosidering her representation dated 29.03.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the representation dated 29.03.2016 made by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the second respondent. He has also produced a communication in Letter No.WP(MD).7361/2016, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 04.06.2019 in this regard.

4.The said letter is taken on record.

5.Since the representation made by the petitioner itself is disposed of, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
