ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry by performing Katta Panchayat by compelling the petitioner to transfer the property in the name of one Sheik Ibrahim Sha by interfering into civil dispute and for consequential orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that one Krishnaveni has lodged the complaint against the petitioner and the respondent police, after coming to know that there existed money dispute between the parties, directing the parties to approach the competent Civil Court, closed the complaint.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
