Prayer in WP(MD)No.17456 of 2024:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 242/A3/2024 dated 16.07.2024 and quash the same as illegal, consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioners institution namely Kalpagam Montessori Resource Centre (OPC) Private Limited situated at Marthandam, Kanyakumari District.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. T. Leninkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru./Ms. Mr. R. Ragavendran, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

'The petition is granted four weeks from today to obtain stability Certificate.

This petition is allowed accordingly.'
