This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 26.09.2024 and on the next date, the present petition came to be filed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
