Known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.1151 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the the alleged transaction took place in this case within the jurisdiction of Natham Police station. Hence, advising the parties to give the complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police, the present complaint has been closed. 3.In view of the above said development, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
