Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Gowtham aged about 27 years before this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Gowtham aged about 27 years before this Honourable Court.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that her husband was missing and on receipt of the same, the third respondent conducted enquiry and found that the husband of the petitioner eloped with one Rajeswari. Infact the father of Rajeswari namely the fourth respondent herein also lodged complaint, which is still pending.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
