ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the anti-social elements that who are acted at the investigation of money lenders, whom arrayed as respondents in I.P.No.4 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge -II, Nagercoil on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.09.2024 and 18.09.2024 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has borrowed amount from several persons and without paying the same, he has already filed an insolvency petition and the same is pending in I.P.No.4 of 2024 and that the creditors have been demanding the amount, after receipt of summons. He would further 2/4
submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.
3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
