This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 and include her name in the beneficiary list of P.M. Kissan Samman Nidhi within a reasonable time and to pay the benefits of the Scheme.
2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, after the demise of her father, she has inherited the land in S.No.113/1B in Myleri Village and cultivating the same and got the benefit under PM Kissan Samman Nidhi Scheme till January 2022. But the same was modified in January 2022 to the extent that benefits under the Scheme will be applicable only to the persons, 2/5
who are holding an agricultural land in their name. Hence, her name was removed from the beneficiary list. Therefore, she made a representation to the first respondent on 12.12.2022, requesting him to include her name in the beneficiary list. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that if the petitioner falls within the criteria, as per the Scheme, they will consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders.

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
