ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants non traceable certificate to be issued based on the petition mentioned complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.) would contend that the petitioner did not even bother to appear before the second respondent.

4. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police(Crime), Gandhi Market Police Station, Trichy on 11.01.2022 at 11 a.m.. The Inspector of Police (Crime), Gandhi Market Police Station, Trichy will enquire into the petitioner's complaint and take action as per law expeditiously.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
