ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.401 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3.It is submitted by the petitioner counsel that earlier this petitioner has been enlarged on bail since he was not present before the trial court for the hearing on 02.09.2024 Non Bailable Warrant has been issued. If that is the matter the petitioner has to surrender himself before the appropriate court and file an application for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant.
