Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner when she enter into his property for erecting boundary stone on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.11.2019.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner when she enter into his property for erecting boundary stone, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 05.11.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is a pathway dispute pending between the parties and therefore, based on a complaint lodged by the respondents-3 to 5, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and closed the same as 'Civil in Nature'.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
