ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.29 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2021 and filed the Final Report before the concerned Court as "mistake of fact". He further submitted that RCS notice is also served to the defecto complainant. 3.Since the final report has been filed as mistake of fact, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this 2/4

Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
