This petition is filed to call for the records and quash the final report filed against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.43 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, order of stay was not granted, the trial Court had started the trial and three witnesses have been examined so far and the petitioner is undergoing the trial process.
