ORDER

The petitioner, claiming to be the owner of the land in Survey No.69/3B1, to an extent of 34 cents, apprehending that somebody is attempting to sell his land, has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from registering any sale deed, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/5

The learned Government Advocate, by referring the written instructions received from the Sub-Registrar, Mukkoodal, submits that the petitioner has purchased the said property by way of a document No.552/2015 from one Sundariammal and out of 34 cents, he also sold 5.5 cents to one Anandaraj vide a document No.601/2015 and another 5.5 cents to one Ponraj vide Document No.602/2015. He has also settled 257.56 sq. meter in favour of one Mary Metilda Bhai vide Document No.1971/2016.

4. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
