(or) B.Ed. by treating both as one higher qualification instead of treating them as two separate higher qualifications for the Vocational Instructors for Commerce and Business (Accountability and Auditing) and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to provide second incentive increments to the petitioner for acquiring the additional qualification of B.Ed., within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 04.04.2022 seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Based on the letter, the petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
