(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to conclude the petitioner's Community Certificate verification within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the communication of the second respondent, dated 26.03.2025 and submitted that the second respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankarankovil, conducted an enquiry and submitted a report and it is pending before the first respondent. 3.In view of the above, the first respondent/the District Collector is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
