for the alleged offence under Sections 351(2) and 109 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.Not Known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. Considering the fact that the case is already registered in Crime No.378 of 2024 and also considering the fact that the victim suffered head injury and that he is still in the hospital, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
