ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the investigation in Crime No 599 of 2022, pending on the file of the third respondent police and to transfer the same to any other of competent investigation Officer to ensure the fair investigation. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is already completed and the respondent police is going to file a charge sheet shortly for the offences under Sections 498 (A) and 302(b) IPC, against two persons, namely, Marimuthu and Lakshmi.
